Obama Fails to introduce Real Change

It is important to note that the more Capital Hill-White House- changes the more it remains static. Obama spends approximately 170 million for his presidential inauguration ceremony; yet Bush 43 spent 42 million. How does this reflect a nation in an economic crisis...?? Mr Obama admitted to an economic crisis, neverthless, how can he justify this exorbitant expense...??
